Please note that our free shipping service means that your items may take 7-14 days to arrive in the US and 10 - 21 days to all other Countries from the date of dispatch to arrive. 

You will receive an email from us notifying you that your order has been received and we will get to work on preparing your lovely planters. You will then receive an email letting you know that we have shipped your order and that email will contain a link for you to be able to track your package all the way to your door. 

Since we select our planters from artisans worldwide, the items in your order may not arrive at the same time or in the same package. So please allow a few days after receiving your first package and refer to your tracking information to check on the status of all of your packages.
