In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, contact us at returns@thegeometricplanter.com where our customer care team will be happy to arrange a refund.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging within 30 days after the date of delivery.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of you, the customer.

In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging or are damaged, we will unfortunately not be able to process your refund. 

We take pride in carefully packaging our products to avoid damage. However, in the event that an item is damaged upon delivery to your address, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item by emailing us at returns@thegeometricplanter.com and include clear pictures of the damaged goods. The Geometric Planter team will be happy to resolve this issue.

Please always notify us before returning the goods by sending an email to returns@thegeometricplanter.com stating the reason for return and we will then provide our returns address or issue a replacement for you.

When we have received your return, we will refund your order immediately (refund times may vary depending on banks) but usually take 5-7 working days.

The Geometric Planter cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to your goods upon return. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.
